Who is Dr. Grace?

Dr. Grace Miranda, Certified Executive Coach, consultant, trainer and author, knows that the power to transform workplaces and communities starts with great leadership.

With profound expertise in organizational leadership, navigating multigenerational and multicultural workplaces, Dr. Grace coaches and counsels’ executives, develops presentations and delivers nationwide training programs within the government, the military, corporate and nonprofit space.

Dr. Grace is a sought-after speaker who lectures on topics that include working across the generations, leadership development, and embracing cultural differences in teams. Her practical experience spans more than two decades  as she served in management roles within the financial services, real estate and housing industries.

As an active community leader serving as a delegate of the International Women’s Leadership Association, as an Advisory Board member for Solita’s House, Inc. and in membership with Phi Beta Delta National Society for International Scholars, the National Association of Multicultural Education, the National Speaker’s Association, and as a lifetime member of the International Alumni Association, Dr. Grace executes much of the guidance she gives her clients through this work.

Dr. Grace earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, Tampa, a M.S. in Organizational Management & Leadership Development, and a B.S. in Human Services, both from Springfield College, Tampa. She received her Coaching Certification for Executive Coaching and Group Training from the SHERPA Institute, which is certified and recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
